This policy covers the SMS number +1 (707) 322-1325, operated by Steven Avery as an individual. It is a personal phone number, not a commercial service. There is no product, application, or subscriber list associated with it.

Information collected

When a message is sent to this number, it is received by Twilio and forwarded to a private email mailbox. The following is retained:

• the sending phone number
• the message content and any attached media
• the date and time of receipt

Nothing further is collected. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.

How it is used

Forwarded messages are read by the number's owner. A sending number is used solely to reply to that sender — most often to send STOP or another opt-out keyword that the sender itself has requested be used.

Sharing and disclosure

Mobile information is never sold, rented, or traded. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message content necessarily transits Twilio, which provides the telecommunications service, and Fastmail, which hosts the receiving mailbox. Both act purely as delivery infrastructure. Information may be disclosed where required by law.

Retention

Forwarded messages remain in a private mailbox and are deleted at the owner's discretion. No separate database or archive is maintained.
